what is an interactive cd?

an interactive cd will run in a cd rom drive on a computer. it allows the user to navigate at their own leisure.

 

does the cd work on both mac and pc platforms?

yes. virtualMemories cd's have been developed to run on both platforms.

 

what if i have an older computer?

we develop your virtualMemories cd to run even on older computers with slower processors. however, the slower the processor and smaller the memory (ram) the slower your virtualMemories cd will play.

 

can my virtualMemories cd be put onto a dvd?

no. because dvd's don't allow for the intimate one-on-one interaction (which the virtualMemories cd experience is based on) we have chosen to strictly keep them on cd rom.

 

what is your turnaround time?

7-10 business days is our standard turnaround time. other express or rush turnaround times can be selected at checkout for an upcharge fee. shipping is not included in turnaround times.

 

do you keep a backup copy of my cd?

yes. we actually keep two, one on location, and one at an offsite location. so if your virtualMemories cd becomes damaged or lost you will always have a backup available.

 

do i have to install any software?

no. we have developed your virtualMemories cd to automatically launch and play right from the cd.
